A nod to Kierkegaard and Walker Percy: existentialist tomfoolery, political satire, literary homage, word mongering, a year-round summer reading club, Dylanesque music bits, apocalyptic marianism, poetry, fiction, meta-porn, a prisoner work-release program.

Just in time for Easter!
Can’t. Wait!
Which reminds me:
Tidy Tips and Tulips
Tidy tips are California’s response
In usual variables, to the manic
Daisies’ uniform stare. Their colors sense
Yesterday. Tomorrow’s their dramatic
Touch condensed in present dreams, magnified
In summer’s evening – autumn’s even more.
Prepared to fall, each flat-tongued tip is tied,
Strung up with dreams that winter will not bear.
Tulips, too, purse their lips like knotted cord
Until by weather’s jealousy betrayed
Like Joseph. Sold by mad envy’s demand
In Netherland markets, such grit supplied
Pharoah’s corn futures with wits that bend
Starving folly, surviving a windy trade.

Terrifically tulippic, thanks JOB.
I’ll believe it when I see it.
