A nod to Kierkegaard and Walker Percy: existentialist tomfoolery, political satire, literary homage, word mongering, a year-round summer reading club, Dylanesque music bits, apocalyptic marianism, poetry, fiction, meta-porn, a prisoner work-release program.

JOB
Excellent blogging, but I conclude there isn’t enough food for me at that event. Especially with all those children viciously competing for survival. Some kind of dormant Christianity would well up within me and I would be compelled to give my portion to one of those Dickensian ragamuffins. Also, who would wait politely while you heated the coals and slow cooked that thing. Alcohol available?
Looks delicious to be sure. Is that animal native to Wisconsin?
Thanks!
Damn, that grill is … a thing of beauty. Forsooth, a Weber, and beat to hell at that. Black as the cover of “Being and Time”.
Those in search of Eigentlichkeit, look no more.
Rust on the grill, rust on the meat.
