    Might could most definitely be simultaneously reifying and transcending, and … I gave it a reread recently and thought, Mel *needs* to make this movie. But whether Mel makes it or not, as Swanson’s turn in SB gives to viewers intimations of their own isolation and self-deception, readers of SwM could might root out their own rage and self-pity. It’s not just voyeurism and schadenfreude.
