The New Creation Too Much for Queen of the (Un)Dead?

This is sad – if it’s true.

We await further word – say, a novel in which a character attempts to start a church without Christ.

Oh, wait – that’s already been done.

Would that the author could recieve a fresh transfusion of sagacious plasma herself…!

  1. Matthew Lickona says

When I interviewed her, she told me she was just beginning to explore the Theology of the Body. This was in response to my suggestion that the Incarnation might impact the way people ought to treat their bodies, including their sexual behaviors. When she signed my copy of Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt, she thanked me for the questions I had asked. I don't know what exactly she read, but it was clear the fact that her son was gay was much on her mind. I can't speak to the rest of it, except to say that she said that the Eucharist had drawn her back, and I can't help but wonder what she thinks of it now.

  2. Jonathan Webb says

Gee, that was fast. God must have felt like everything was going so well. "I love you" on the second date, picking out furniture in the Restoration Hardware catalog. Then out of the blue it's, "I don't think this is going to work."

    I've been there Man.
