Winner, winner, Christmas Dinner

Yeah, I know food photography is tricky, and can often look less than awesome. Don’t care. Tenderloin, tarragon-shallot reduction, creamed spinach with deep-friend shallots, lemon roasted potatoes. So very happy. Thanks to Danielle for the pic!

    We had the lemon roasted potatoes. Good stuff. The wine was bad. I kick myself for that still. That could have been two bottles of really good bourbon.

    I won't argue, but I'm still grateful for your effort. I too am easily seduced by the siren song of Burgundy. Next time, let's drink Italian. Nebbiolo?
